https://wolverhamptonportal.icasework.c ... VQGQ%3D%3DThey have listed the councils under Lancashire County Council control, which excludes Blackpool and Blackburn with Darwin as they are both unitary authorities. Nothing in the documents seems to request only data on Lancashire so very selective.

Year - Vehicles - Drivers - Operators
2013 - 552 - 1007 - 16
2015 - 669 - 852 - 12
2017 - 2249 - 4989 - 41
2018 - 5623 - 8799 - 98
2019 - 9222 - 13850 - 138
2020 - 12374 - 17836 - 190
2021 - 9588 - 16497 - 181
2022 - 12924 - 19317 - 231
2023 - 22345 - 30463 - 297
So what's your guess for 2024, I'll go with 30000 vehicles. 36000 drivers and 340 operators
