Exactly my point Sussex - but the point is we know he has no plates - it is Ross who maintains he has, but has so far failed to give us the plate numbers !

Now why would a person with multiple plates and a chairmans salary need a loan from a credit union?

Em, no, fortunately - apparently the credit union can attach the debt to his house - this effectively stops him from selling or borrowing on his home's equity without repaying the credit union.
And interest is accruing all the time - despite his cheeky plea to the lawyer that interest should be waived.

Does anyone know how much?
