Nor has there ever been a law that says that London’s cabs should be black. A cab may be any colour

i wonder if there is any legal docs to back up the above, what i mean is re York having to go black

I think if the council can show a court it was doing this colour lark for good reasons, then a court will fully support it.

TBH even if they don't show good reasons for doing it, but do it with proper consultations, then I still think a court will fully support it. :shock:
