I'm glad the Liverpool echo got the terminology right, because in many cases thats all they are.

Actually the main firm involved is licensed in Liverpool and Sefton and have joined together with many other company's across England, I am not sure if they are in Scotland yet but I can ask, the manager is the son of an old friend.
