Maybe you have but people dont sit on the outside of your vehicle to go home in the freezing cold, many taxi's have been no smoking for years but thats not the issue is it?

Who the hell wants to spend their night outside a pub in below zero conditions??

Unfortunately the tobacco addiction will outweigh the desire to freeze ones bollucks off and they'll stay at home.

Supermarket beer is very cheap these days.

I don't remember ever being asked if I wanted a smoking ban.
Did anyone else get asked?
