How complicit is the DfT towards unlicensed vehicles?

Not surprisingly it seems they are extremely complicit.

All this bullchit about section 75 1 B and unlicensed vehicles operating under hire or reward is nothing more than a smoke screen for an easy life behind a desk that has seen more of life than these people will ever see?

As I said in another thread practically every licensing authority in England and Wales turns a blind eye to the illegal activity of unlicensed vehicles just like the DfT.

The good point in all this is that we at TDO will keep banging on the doors of those people in the DfT who don't give a chit about licensing irregularities.

Regards

JD

Keep banging, and in time someone will listen.

I seem to recall saying that not much would happen after Jan 28th.

I have to say it appears you were correct but I know of at least one area where they "seem" to take these matters seriously.
