According to Grant Davis of the LCDC in this months 'The Badge', TFL have been told to conduct a survey amongst Londons wheelchair users to see if the current fleet meets their demands as chairs get bigger.

I wonder if they're trying to refuse Allied Direct's E7 after one inspection?

Even if the Vito's door width is superior to that of the TX / Fairway range?

Would that not be a 'choice' ?

If anything having the Vito weakens the PCO stance, as now everything is down to the turning circle.

The judge was quite damming in Liverpool saying that requirement was illegal under EU Law.
