try 1.69 for petrol at Service near EMA

unfortunately Russia is winning the battle of the sanctions and helped by dozens of countries who all hate America and happen to be oil producers (which is just about all of them)

We've just had the G20 meeting which has been all about appeasing Russia so next OPEC will offer to bring the price of oil down in exchange for throwing Ukraine under the bus.

The price of supporting Ukraine against Russia is high oil prices Russia has the whip hand

Still in the £1.50s here.

Tesco at Gatwick (cheapest around) is £1.56 for diesel.

not for long OPEc is helping Putin get revenge on the west for trying to destabilise and damage his country. The Russian economy is growing faster than any "western" country it seems to be game set and match Putin with oil prices likely to gain another 10 percent by the end of October.

OPEC cut production to increase market price of oil to increase profits while EVs grow in popularity, make as much as they can/as fast as they can, before the oil runs out (sand int much use) EVs can charge at home, no good for oil based fuel retailers....and just when rapeseed oil was going to be our saviour, car builders created HDi/common rail diesels that cant run on it

i smell a conspiracy

the answer is a battery car on home produced solar/wind power...or hydrogen from water, cut out the retailers, dump OPEC

hundreds of rednecks in the USA are doing DIY EV conversions
