They had better have a big hard drive to hold all the emails.

Especially if every driver, Taxi and PH, want to have a say.

If you start to structure your input now in the shape of a Word doc. you might get it finished in two or three weeks time.

It's too important to try to finish in one or two attempts.

And who says that you can't submit more than one brief 6 page submission?

A4 paper with Arial 5 point font, will get a lot of words on 6 pages, probably 6-8,000.

Personally I will be suggesting that they bring out... A Merseyside plate which would licence the five areas together... and bring the hackney fares in line... a Sefton driver would be able to pick up anywhere in Merseyside.... but only sit on stands in his licensed area.... and if the private hire had a Merseyside plate... then they would not be cross border hiring.... simple
