The LC have announced that they now think wedding/funeral cars should keep their exemptions and LA's should still be able to restrict HC numbers....or not and the 2 tier HC/PH system should continue so.......................whats the point of the LC? |

Both points the LC have got wrong IMO, but the second point the gov might take over and implement what the gov want, not what the LC bottled. |
