It won't go unnoticed for very long that these people are still struggling for a service..........

With no cabs, a limit would seem rather pointless, would it not?
Even you can't say quality controls didn't keep numbers down here :lol:

Absolutely right.

I will push for purpose built vehicles only everywhere, brand new on first license and no older than 2 on subsequent :wink:

It's a pity that they say nothing about new vehicles in the Act............ :oops:
