Just for info the HC trade is currently being surveyed again for "unmet demand"

So this topic will soon raise it's ugly head again in the courts.

If you're referring to the quota list, those reading it would already know that Plymouth are undertaking another survey.

Do you wan't me to tell you what it will say when it's finished?

54. Plymouth ua. Decided on 24/5/05 to retain current restricted policy. Plate Value 20k. Lost a legal challenge to its TPI survey on 7/3/06. Aspects of the survey deemed fraudulent. Applicant has submitted an application for a further 50 licenses. Plymouth council is undertaking another survey.

Mr Preece is a PH operator.

PH vehicles are not retricted.

WHY does he want HC's.

How much more money in Rental does Mr Preece charge for a HC than a PH vehicle.

I was informed by another driver today that the survey results were in and once again the survey showed no unmet demand.

I've been looking around the PCC website but I'm unable to find any more info.

I was also informed that once again John would be going to court on this matter.

God knows why he still wants 50 more plates because several of the fleet he purchased last year are sat empty outside his offices with nobody willing to rent them.

I think he is still appealing against his initial applicantions about a billions years ago.

As for why he needs 50 extra taxi plates, well the station looks a fine place to put them.
