Without wanting to start any fights has there been any movement on the Edinburgh thing. Last I heard there was a list of folk who were more or less just waiting on the Council doing the issuing.

Has anything else happened?

That's why I asked here. Over there it's mainly illiterate rants, personal insults about people's private situations and UN-intervention level abuse of smilies.
