http://www.direct.gov.uk/en/Governmentc ... DG_4002951 If the council wish to silence you they are breaching article 6 of the 1998 Human rights act. Note these points of the above document. 1 Right to freedom of expression 2. Right to freedom of assembly. 3 Right to private life and amongst other correspondence. 4. No punishment without Law. Hope this helps, do not agree to informal meetings with officer, ask for written evidence of any charge against you. Demand to see the committee so that you can ventilate your complaints. The L.O. in this case will sh*t himself and withdraw any proposed action. |
