No interest at all,very glad I do not waste my money with the LTDA,they have a duty to THEIR MEMBERS to high light my situation.

Brief Details :

In January I was in discussion with a TV company to feature my TX4 pile of crap.

I am told via my MP that LTI are to issue court proceedings against me if I continue with my exposure (Not the words they used)

Bring it on I said, EVERY THING I HAVE EVER SAID IS TRUE,I HAVE FACTUAL WRITTEN EVIDENCE OF EVERY STATEMENT I HAVE EVER MADE !

January 2nd KPM phoned me,"LTI want to do a deal and buy LA56 GPK back if I STOP MY COVERAGE ON THE INTERNET" Cab buy back and all costs paid ,compensation etc.

I now hate to admit it,but I had suffered this vehicle and situation long enough,and duly agreed. The deal was supposed to take 14 days.

LTI protracted every thing,to cut a long story short, 5 months later they have with drawn from the deal,after running me up a large legal bill. £2600.00

Court proceedings are being served next week.

I have still stayed in contact with other sufferers,and can tell you I am not the only one going down the legal path.

What a shame the trade press carried the "Trade in" deal on good old fairways,I feel sorry for those drivers who have been "duped" into parting with a decent cab for a pile of crap like the TX4.

Perhaps LTI will do the decent thing and offer to crush my TX4 before it hurts some one.

I admire your tenacity and no one can fault your decision to accept the offer of LTI to buy back your vehicle. I think we all understand that one of the conditions of such a buy back might have included a clause restraining you from future criticism of LTI?

One of the more recent telling factors of why not to buy one of these vehicles is the poor fuel consumption. Perhaps you might wish to add that statistic to your "comedy of errors"?

Perhaps we can find a niche in the TDO magazine to highlight your problems?

Just got my letter from LTI who want me to book my cab in for their "Product Enhancements" :

Do you think this means that I`ll get brakes that work,an auto gearbox that works and does not crunch and lurch,no more flashing management/brake warning lights,air con that works for more than 10 minutes,No vibration at speed so I can talk to the passengers,No clonking from front suspension,maybe they will even correctly assemble the steering so that I am not always replacing tyres, and re-mount the body so that it is central to the chassis.

We all know the answer,they could not give a crap about dangerous faults and will blank any owner trying to achieve a cab fit for purpose or of merchantable quality ! LA56 GPK

Tried it again, AND, hey presto it is working - gremlins at work.
