and if you're thinking of trying to get Birmingham reregulated then be very careful what you post on here......JD will more than probably contact your licensing department and Councillors explaining why they should stay as they are..... even though he knows sweet FA about Birmingham.

Anyway, forget your medical condition tell me about my email habits, considering you think you know them when did I email Chester council and what did I say? Or are you once again making up false allegations? lol

I suppose if we had your mentality we could all make up false allegations until the cows came home, if we had a mind to that is but I am seriously concerned about your credibility because in your case making up false allegations appears to be a habitual pastime.

You have the same trait as someone else I could mention, you both make unfounded allegations that are never substantiated, I suppose you have a very good reason for that but then again perhaps not? I am of the opinion that your problem is probably down to a genetic defect handed down from generation to generation? If you believe that you are a bigger fool than I took you for. Lets just say that I still have all the private messages between Mr Tony Mite and myself including the ones where I faacked him off and including the very first private message he sent asking for my help and that of TDO in resurrecting his failing magazine. I also have the private messages where he practically begged on his hands and knees to try and buy TDO. I also have lots more so don't try and be a smart azz by spreading more untruths.

Telling the truth is not really that hard, you should try it sometime.

I don't quite get this sending emails business are you referring to the time an email was sent to a certain licensing officer which subsequently found its way into your inbox? A Rather strange occurrence that wasn't it?

I keep data because unlike you I like to be accurate when I open my mouth, and yes I do keep all my correspondence and anything else that's important. I also encrypt in my own little way every item of information and case law that I make public.

Surveys are a funny thing but one thing is for certain, a council doesn't have to have one if it doesn't want one. Even if it did have one, it doesn't have to take any notice of it if the council wishes to deregulate. All a council need do is go through the consultation process and then change its policy. So I assume this judicial review which may or may not be granted is based on the fact that the council said they would have a survey and perhaps they even took additional licensing fees from license holders to cover the cost of the survey and then decided they would change their policy.

I think this solicitor they have must be wet behind the ears if she thinks she can reverse the councils decision at judicial review. I doubt they will even be allowed a judicial review but if they are and by some quirk of nature they win then the council will only go back and do it right. Presuming they have time that is?

I would like to see any evidence of the councils commitment to a survey, that would be most interesting presuming such evidence exists?

Does such evidence exist bubbles?

this one JD..... you might think I am mischief-making..... maybe I am... maybe I am not... but I have heard some very strange rumours coming from Blackpool and I repeat they are rumours .... the senior licensing officer suspended..... his daughter or family owning property that is supposedly being rented out to foreign drivers... that work for a private hire company.... that have to pass a test...... it might be something... it might be nothing.. the choice is yours if you wish to find out.
