I guess that says it all.

You have been given the opportunity to back up your accusations and you have declined. People reading this thread are going to wonder why? What conclusion do you think they will draw from your silence? If ever you or your mindless bunch return to driving a cab then us cab drivers might consider your ramblings but until that time occurs I suggest you keep your nose out of the affairs of cab drivers.

JD

They will probably come to the inclusion..... that I am a saint..... putting up with childishness.

I think those reading this website are quite capable of distinguishing who is the child in this relationship and who is the genuine article. The website reads "Taxi Driver online" and not "Taxi radio operator online" or "EX taxi driver online".

Regards

JD

On the contrary, I don't share your belligerence in thinking that those who subscribe to this site are somewhat docile in understanding the facts. You might think that of your Sefton congregation but I predict those on TDO will conclude that you were given every opportunity to contest my observations and you failed miserably.

I rest my case.

JD

I suspect it's cos he doesn't want to deal with people like you.

Your weaknesses have been visibly exposed for all to see, if you put yourself in the frame expect to be made accountable. If you don't wan to be accountable then don't put yourself in the frame and I'm afraid that is the nature of the game as you call it.

When people who are not cab drivers start down the road of trying to alter legislation to the detriment of cab drivers then those people shouldn't be surprised when the spotlight is turned on them?

You know the rules of accountability and they never change.

I don't put myself in the frame and that's why I'm accountable to no one but myself.

JD

No ................ by his own admission, its because he doesn't want to be accountable.

I think that should ring alarm bells to anyone seeking advice on here .................. because those offering it can walk away without a trace.

Nice work if you can get it.

I don't recall saying I don't want to be accountable I merely said I am only accountable to myself and that is because I represent no one but myself. Anyone asking me for advice or my opinion is not bound by that advice nor do they pay for such advice, therefore I am not accountable to them only to myself.

I might add that all the advice you have obtained from this website has been for free and you are the wiser for it but those giving that advice have never been accountable to you, have they?

I suppose we could also walk away with the money too?

Any person acting on advice given on TDO by any subscriber is under no obligation to act on that advice or even agree with it. Therefore accountability is a red herring.

I would like to state that there are many who have acted on my advice and that of many others on this forum and they are the better for it. May long that continue.

JD

J D . I was asked a question a few days ago by a person who has a strong involvement in criminal activities.... he asked me.. if it was true that he could start a hackney radio circuit and not need to be licensed.

No doubt you should have referred him to London. Or didn't you realise that any Tom, Dick or Harry can start a hackney carriage radio circuit in London, just like they can outside of London?

When do we see the mindless proposals for London or do the public of London fit into a different category than the rest of the country when it comes to taking private bookings?

he also said... that he had heard... he could Licence hackney cabs and drivers in a place called Berwick

He must have been a simpleton if he thinks he can license hackney drivers in Berwick, perhaps you should have thought about what your mythical character was going to say before you put pen to paper.

Your mythical character can however license as many cabs as he wishes in Berwick and he can also do the same in London as long as he is a fit and proper person. You obviously weren't aware of that.

Isn't that the norm throughout England and Wales including London? So when do we see your proposed legislative changes for London? Are London to be brought into line with the rest of England and Wales?

You would look rather foolish trying to project the claim that the Public of London do not need protecting but those in England and Wales do.

You don't want to be accountable JD .............. if you did you would stand by the statements you make and put your name to them.

If I took any notice of the advice I have recieved from the site then I wouldn't be posting.

I to have helped many people JD ................. but those people have always been assured that they could speak to me if my advice took them up $hit Street.

Has anyone ever posted on here, or the liars forum for that matter, that JD has given some folks iffy info?

If not then you are, yet again, talking rubbish.

It hasn’t gone unnoticed that both you and the rest of the mindless bunch have taken the fifth amendment on all the factual points raised. What are you scared of considering self incrimination is already established. lol

Just Dennis.
