Considering this thread is about me can anyone tell me if John Thompson the guy who doesn't really give a chit about breaking the data protection laws has taken over writing the minutes for this meeting of minds bunch?

Anyone know if Taxi Talk magazine are going to print the facts surrounding this guy who has taken credit for producing the latest edition of the Book and who is the chief cook and bottle washer for the meeting of mindless?

lol I'm glad taxitalk did a full page spread about John Thompson and his book. I intend to fill in the gaps they missed.

Regards

JD

One of the most memorable was the time when an entire thread had to be removed .

Had to be removed?

The facts are that you asked for it to be removed because it was becoming too embarrassing for you. So TDO removed it.

You tried to convince TDO that what was being said about you were lies. lol But all the time it was the truth and just like Jack Nicholson "you couldn't handle the truth".

I suppose there are lots of ways of saying your full of chit and I think I just said it.

Quote:
JD decided to investigate myself by contacting my local licensing department and making inquiries

Wrong on the investigation, right on contacting you local licensing authority. Wrong on making enquiries.

How come you lie so much? Must be the fact that you are a local rep for your local taxi association.

Quote:
he then proceeded to make allegations that I had acquired my taxi licences through the means of an issue

lol allegations eh? A nice little wind up which had you turning at sixes and sevens and saw you squirming at every turn. You are soooooooooooo easy to ....... "man" "ip" "u" "late".

Quote:
Oh how he went on

lol never give a stricken dog a second chance.

Quote:
accusing me of this and accusing me of that... nothing unusual there.... but no truth in it whatsoever

Get to you did it? I'm not surprised, I suppose this little foreplay will have the same effect? lol

Wake up sober Mr T.

Regards

JD

I think Ali is talking about your "foot in mouth episode"? When you accused him of doing something he didn't do.

Don't you think you owe him an apology for all the false allegations you made against him? Or is this how the meetings of mindless bunch operate?

JD

I think one thing to come out of this is that John Thompson is going to be held accountable for furnishing Trevor Jones with information that was protected by the 1998 Data protection act. You can take that as a given. I would inform Mr Thompson that I have his number. I don't really give a chit where or when it takes place but he can be assured it will take place.

The fact that you believe the drivers stay with a plateholder even though they are unhappy with the circumstances of the agreement says more about your situation than the situation MrT's drivers find themselves in.

Arrange a trip down to see MrT and chat with his drivers

I think you better realise sunshine, that people who have been in this game for decades don't need lectures from people like you, especially when who have only been in the taxi game for two minutes.

You better take a step back and smell the roses because you certainly have an awful lot to learn.

Chit, you did an excellent job of winding this guy up.......but if he hadn't had opened his big mouth then the opportunity would have been missed?

How do you think he came to know about a protected 1998 data protection act request? Especially when the only person who new about the request was the Sefton Taxi licensing officer?

Makes one wonder why he pleaded dumb when confronted with the accusations?

Typical azzhole, makes me sick.

People like me ...................... people like me are the taxi drivers you claim to be fighting for from behind your aliases.

I crave knowledge ................. I try to learn something every day ............... I don't know everything and never ever have claimed any different, and wouldn't ever accept that I had nothing left to learn.

Unlike you.

Knowing the way you work JD. and the fact that you hate everybody who represents anything in the cab trade. and that I was an opportunity for you to play your silly games with. it did not take long to work out what you would try to do... I don't know if you have noticed... but you advise people all the time to use the Freedom of Information Act.

So it was extremely easy for me to send something down the pipe as we say, and see what crawled out at the other end....

You and Ali have filled in all the gaps now that were missing.... for that I thank you.. sometimes spouting rubbish has its effect.... I am still curious as to why you wanted my home address....

you really need to be able to control your temper.... you place the site at risk legally...

But then again considering the tongue in cheek nature of the majority of MrT's posts

Out of interest Cap, what quality controls did your council bring in when they lifted the limit on licences?

Ahh quality ones of course....licensing of saloon vehicles for the first time in 20 years but all must be white and no older than 3 on first license and 5 on subsequent (save exceptional circumstances).

WAV's any age....with the proviso....since deemed illegal....that they have sole right to use the main station rank.

The WAV policy has recently changed to under three on first license and maximum of 10.

Numbers went from 33 HC's to 220 within approx 10 years (possibly less), with a 50/50 split between saloon HC's and WAV's.

The change of council policy last year has led to a decline in the number of WAV's in favour of saloons....so basically they wont issue new saloon licenses anymore.....I got one just in time

For 220 vehicles (ish) we have approx 20 (ish) workable rank spaces.
