But then shouldn't we all be praising Red Ken for the PH licensing program?

Yes some of those that can't get licensed still ply their trade, but the ones that are licensed have now been told work legally or lose your license.

In my view that's a massive step forward, and IMO has saved many many females from attack.

the Crime rate per individual HC and PH may balance out to around the same.

Now whos twiddling figures... who said that each of these 7 incidents a month was a rape, also you only mention the one Rape in 40 years by an HC driver and youve never mentioned the other serious Incidents in that same time period. Even allowing for that the simple fact is that there is more PH/Minicab Drivers that dont commit such crimes than there is HC Drivers that dont Commit such Crimes : EG Approx 44,000 good guys/lassies driving PH/MC and only 24,999 HC good guys/lassies driving. it just proves my point, its all about figure manipulation.

Yes Im PH, but im truly fed up of certain HC drivers thinking that we PH are all some sub form of low life whilst they are some kind of beyond criticism DemiGods.

No you mist the point the figures went up by 120% not down after he introduced Licensing.

When some mini cab driver sticks his willy in some young girls mouth it is recorded as a serious sexual assault, ask her if she thinks she was raped. no ones twiddling with the figures.
I have nothing against the PH drivers up north, you've had 30 odd years to sort out your LA.
We on the other hand in London have a bunch of half wits dishing out Licenses to any old Thom dick and Harry and have olny had PH licensing for a few years. we also have a few HC dick heads like GBH that dont make it any better.

Nothing Proves your point by the way, what you wrote was utter tosh.

I've never known a spot check on a hack or P/H vehicle to take two hours. In fact I've never known a full test check to take two hours. Perhaps they should give "spot checks" a new name?

So its been its one rape in 40 odd years, extremely serious indeed..and absolutely no other form of sexual assault of any description by any HC driver in london....?? very admirable indeed, however thats not what i was getting at, my point was that you you twiddle figures to suit yourself. Sadly you seem to have an ability to read a statement and not grasp a single word of its contents, that suggests to me that its because your are so self opinionated that you find it difficult to absorb anything new. im not saying what constitutes a rape..im just saying your Twiddling facts to suit your own self righteous opinion, this is because you have a higher level of Ignorance than most of us could ever aspire to. That may well have been the case in the short time after licensing, but I would be very surprised if attacks by licensed PH drivers now were in-line with attacks by unlicensed minicab drivers prior to 1997.
