Sanctimonious and supercilious..... I am surprised you haven't referred to everyone being deaf.... you have been shouting at everyone when you post you know..... and I have enjoyed your posts, some have been quite amusing.... I suppose now I am being patronising... you need a thick skin to be a taxi-driver... I don't think anyone would disagree that cameras are only a source of revenue .

The outside lane on any road is for overtaking only, according to the highway code. She clearly couldn't perform this manouver safely so she shouldn't have tried. As far as I am aware most duel carriageways have signs for at least the last 1/2 mile saying that they are going into single carriageways.

the lorry driver didnt help much though he must have seen her predicament and she gouged the side out of her car.... Im guessing this is not an Isolated case.

hohum, it was the truckers fault she tried to sneak past his SIXTY FOOT long vehicle at 49mph then, whereas HE would be aware the limit up ahead was 50, tailored his speed accordingly and then is supposed to avoid the hari-kiri/lemming hoping to sneakl by him IN THE WET, and past 40tonne of truck?... knowing all his antics are recorded for prosperity (and any court case) on a little gadget called a tachograph

tin hat on, ducks down in trench INCOMING!

my daughter wrote her car off

on a left hand bend, a royal mail berlingo was parked 50/50 on/off the path, as she rounded his van she saw an artic approaching, then the RM van started moving! she put her foot down, skidded, off the road, hit a wall. she was ok, the car was not...

my first comment

was it

a) - damn trucks, keel haul the swine

b) - damn royal mail man - have him hung/drawn/quartered

c) - why the fck did you drive on the wrong side of the road when you could not see round the van?

and im her dad remember.....

Did you teach her to drive by any chance?
It looks like your understanding of the highway code is matched only by your knowledge of hire and reward law.

Doesn't it strike you as odd that nobody - insurance, police, courts even total strangers on a website - believes that anyone except your daughter was at fault, other than you?

If the cap fits mate........
