took forms+cash into the council...

oh dear

it was done by the RECEPTIONIST, the "LO's" i thought i had been dealing with?

1 is a "Environmental Health - Pollution" officer, the other is "Environmental Health", neither were working today....

what happened to the "Licensing Officers?"

had all my forms scanned into "the system" and then they still kept my forms!

Weird aint it, taxi licensing down here comes under Environmental services too.

The people you deal with rarely have any knowledge of the taxi trade and are just office staff.
