I think its pretty low, did he write the letter before reading the update?

Yup, can't let a little ol' rape get in the way of propping up the illusion can we?

An utter disgrace.

I wonder how you would feel if it had been one of your female kinfolk.

What's pathetic is that you don't have the wit to imagine such a thing for yourself.

There's only one person being disgraced and thats yourself, the police recently stated;

Quote:
"Significantly, we now believe the car was a dark coloured Volkswagen or similar vehicle, a four-door saloon, with what we believe was a white private hire plate.

Oh!!!

I didn't realise that this was all about Mr Jasbar wanting an Edinburgh free issue plate!!

Well, in that case he probably 'wants his cake & eat it' plate.

Let me accommodate you Mr Jasbar;

Mr Jasbar's Own Free Issue 'Cake & Eat It' Plate Choices

That was the subtle reference to 'wants his cake & eat it' plate.

Bloody big link made smaller by Admin

That makes it a three way contest between Vexatious, Hackney Carriage & Litigants.

And I must tell you that Vexatious was the outright winner with a score of 15, followed by Hackney Carriage scoring 10 & Litigants trailed in last with only 7.

Is he an actor in his spare time, with a penchant for playing the roll of Oliver Twist.

"Please Sir, please sir, can I have some more?"

A T-shirt for Mr Jasbar

If I can just interject.

Is there a good reason why Mr Jasbar shouldn't be able to apply or receive a hackney vehicle license?

Or are we saying that only those with money or patiences are allowed to run their own business?

It must be obvious to many that you are losing it.

Jasbar seems to be externalising here, just my luck to end up in a trade where the outspoken are afflicted by intellectual disabilities and neurosis of varying degrees which are projected on to the rest of us.

Of course these allegations need to be investigated by the Police or whoever it is these days that does that now, but until then I wouldn't be too forward with your judgements, and there's many.

I always wondered where that nonsense came from, now I know, I seem to recall you being the defender of all things Politically correct as well.

Sometimes honesty is the best policy,at least to yourself, it would relieve some of you of your obvious mental anguish and dysphoria.

At the moment you put me in mind of the band on the titanic, still playing on as it was sinking, what a bunch of clowns, no really I mean that!

I'm tired of being dragged down by this kind of hammy and ill informed s h i t e.

Sorry.... but jaspar has hit a new low....in order to get another plate he's playing on what happened to a young girl by a piece of sh*te.....a piece of sh*te that may already be licensed as a driver.

That's as maybe but the point has been made that there are not enough licenced taxis in Edinburgh, and this could have been a contributing factor in what happened.

If jasbar is correct about councillors restricting plates for their own reasons, then they are partially liable.
This should be investigated, regardless of anyone's personal feelings in the matter.

It's not what he is writing, but the manner in which he is writing his letter to councillors.

Anyone has a right to their own opinion; that's democracy!!

But when you start writing 'Edinburgh councillors responsible for rape!!!!' & some of those councillors will no doubt be women, then the whole thing becomes, libelous perhaps, & could reflect on all Edinburgh cabbies.

There are much, much better ways of achieving a goal than to write insulting letters to Edinburgh councillors in the vein that Mr Jasbar proposes.

And as for the pi** take; anyone with that kind of disregard for councillors, who let us not forget are elected by the people, for the people & to serve the people, & saying that councillors are 'responsible for rape', IMO deserves the extraction of urine.

You have interjected above in a sensible, courteous manner, stating your point clearly, & with dignity, & the dignity & respect you have shown deserves a respectful answer, which I have tried to provide.

Perhaps Mr Jasbar might yet learn that word rants are usually unsuccessful in achieving a preferred goal.
