Pete Doherty Used Blood Painting To Settle Cab Bill

Rocker Pete Doherty has sold his "best painting" to the owner of his local taxi firm - to pay off outstanding debts of $3,330 (GBP1,800).

The Babyshambles singer created the artwork with his own blood after a row with his managers shortly before he was due to play at legendary British music festival Glastonbury this summer (2008).

The results of his creativity stunned even the rocker himself - but he had to hand it over as settlement for his huge cab bill.

He says, "I did it the day I thought I wasn't going to be playing Glastonbury... I'd just fallen out with my managers, so I decided to stay home and paint instead...

"It's probably the best painting I've done but I gave it to the boss of my local taxi firm because I'd run up a GBP1,800 bill."

There was a story about this idiot a few weeks ago, which I did not post as I thought it was too trivial, but I wished I had now.

He only called a taxi to his front door, to take him ......... wait for it ......... to the rear of his house, so he could take a bag of rubbish there.

my bro in law picked him and his mate up a while back............got to the destination and the tosspot got out and walked off without paying

I wouldn't p**s on him if he was on fire.......
