Do they own the cars or are the drivers owner drivers? Is this company just an agent?

there all owned by the company and the drivers employees ,they have been spoken to by our lo several times and have been warned that many times by station staff about parking on the station front on double yellows but still they flaunt the rules :?

If the LO has spoken to them and there is a problem, I can only assume that the council are building a case before taking action. It is far better to go to court with a long list of offenses than just one or two.

Everyone who gets paid for taking folks from A to B, via a motor vehicle, needs either a hackney, PH or bus license.

What sort of business those folks are on matters not.
