I have a call center in one local authority but because its on the border of another local authority i want to advertise in the second LA but take the call in the call center & send the drivers to pick up in the second LA but all my drivers are badged & plated in the LA where my call center is also can i advertise across boundries???????????

Advertise yes, but not ilegal pick ups you can if your hack work as PH in All areas as PH

You can advertise where you want, and as long as the call is taken in the same licensing district as you, your drivers, and your vehicles are licensed in, you can pick up where ever you wish.

if i was running a regular from birmingham to leeds every week or day (i wish) i would be picking up out of area, dropping off out of area and id damn well look for business to bring back too, but no flag downs....

ive read on TDO that an out of area plated vehicle cannot even be inspected by a LO, now that i DO find curious, my doors are always open to a new face....
