The public are not proactive but reactive. When you hit them in the pocket you'll see them jump, into a ph, on a bus, or on their bikes. They might not even care what the tariff rise is as it will not effect them - having already made alternative arrangements.

BTW, I worked last night and it was shi*. I worked 15 hours, to get what I'd normally earn in 12.
I've never seen anything quite like it. I do believe, however, this is a sign of things to come. The public sense something big. They're battening down the hatches. Some would call it a media inspired plot. I would call it reality. Get ready to reap the whirlwind . . . it could be far worse than I ever imagined ....
