if they factor at all it says danger, are they mainly a cash company or what?

I think you are safe with gov, council, hospital contracts, but if I owned a large firm with loads of private company accounts I would keep a very tight reign on their limits.

I know easier said than done, but next year ain't going to be all 'milk and honey'.

still cant work out the reference to "no factoring company will touch em" when from what i can see thier business is predomonantly cash, tours, holidays, etc - joe public, and paid months in advance too

there are several "Fraser Eagles" listed at company house

2 at the same address

1 is "dormant"......

it doesnt take a leap of faith to consider 1 could go bump and the other suddenly flourish as a phoenix company in the same name...

their website seems to hve altered today, with coach services pushed into one corner and management and IT services put upfront..

I think what is meant is that if your business uses factoring to get payment on your invoices, the factoring company will not allow any invoices that have been sent to Frazer Eagle.

ah, so eagle fraser wouldnt pass a basic credit check to satisfy a factoring company to release funds against your invoice to EF.

worth noting factors charge approx 7%, only pay out 90% and claw it back if the customer doesnt cough up

Good start to the New Year, we have been payed the £10,000 owing from Fraser Eagle, when this thread was started we had just started court proceedings https://www.moneyclaim.gov.uk/csmco2/index.jsp so i was waiting for a result before i pointed others in the same direction. They dispute the claim initially as a delaying tactic, but they pay up in the end otherwise they are issued with a wind up order. So i would suggest if anybody is owed money by these scumbags get online now, you can even claim the court fee back. Its worth keeping this bumped up for others to see in the future, as i can imagine there are quite a few owed money by this bunch.
Good luck to all those who go after them, and when they ring you in the future tell them to F*** Off !

Over a 3 month period, we did have a partial payment of monies outstanding, but then they just didnt pay, and when you phoned their accounts dept you just got the run around by embarassed staff who were obviously dealing with similar calls all week long.

I think the good thing to come out of this is that whenever anyone googles this firm, this thread will come up.

Caveat emptor

They still owe our lot £40K.......we keep getting the run around from their accounts department, the last remark was we cant pay you...we have no money!

It's now going to go to court....the papers have apparently been signed.

Another firm here is currently doing their work.....a cab did a little run to Glasgow last night for them and the metered rate was £300 +

Now charging that....and getting that.....are two different things, of course the other firm here are aware that Fraser Eagle are very slow in paying and owe our firm a lot of money......yet they are still doing the work.

Personally I can imagine an article appearing in the trade press about this bunch of leeches and questions towards the legality of the operation that sub contracts private hire work.
