A very interesting day had by all. No gagging order yet but 3 days in court- that's right lads we're back in next Tuesday.

Now I've told you before, don't ask how much this is all costing, you won't be told - it's for your own good.

Oh and btw, even if the gagging order is granted we can appeal it. You know, I'm really starting to like court process. It' just seems to go on and on and on and . . . I can only hope the appeal process is as costly....

It was a wee bit like the film, 10,000 BC. only the knuckle dragger's looked less intelligent and grunted a bit more. I couldn't work out if they were trying to intimidate or embarrass us.

If it was the latter then they succeeded.

just a wee joke there skull I always keep away from any type of herd for if you don't you end up getting suicidal with the constant moaning and blaming everyone and everything for there lifes being total pants or just having a bad night (the ones I just cant be arsed with are the one who never have a bad night or add that few extra ££££ on there takings in a vain attempt to be something they just are not) rather than just getting there heads down and getting on with it after all there is always someone worse off than than you are out there
