What has usually happened in areas where the matter has gone to judicial review?

Has any area ever won the case against deregulation?

A waste of time and money.... unless if you are prepared to vote out every councillor who voted for delimitation...... what happens is you go for judicial review.... you win the case... it cost the council thousands... the judge has decided they're wrong... they then go back through the political process again, but this time they make sure they cross the T's and dot the i's with a vengeance, end result delimitation.
Option 2. you go to judicial review... you lose... it cost you thousands.....
At this moment they are better off going for damage limitation and making sure they have a very stiff criteria regarding the issuing of plates....

I once used the name "SODIT NEWS" when i used to do the trade paper. The period between judicial review will give (expensive) breathing space.

Well as this mess has been rushed through in nine days, we need time to lobby the opposition councillors, prove (again) the LO is a twit 1st Class and put up candidates against the Councillors who pushed this through. There are many things that can be changed when you have time to plan. This was an ambush.
