Is the will of the committee, that of CRT's members?

I doubt it. But that's what we're gonna find out in the very near future.

That's the first hurdle.

Are you paying attention Swannee? If you don't have the "will" you'll never see the finish.

Then it's about resources.

This is where legal aid comes in.

Human Rights Article 6

A fair hearing

The requirement of ‘fairness’ is fundamental. There must be an equal and reasonable opportunity for all parties to present a case. There should be equality of arms ie one party should not be placed at a procedural disadvantage over the other.

I really can't see how the case can progress without a blank cheque for the Legal Aid Board.

Correctemundo.

But you see, I don't care one way or the other. CRT have been in court 4 times already, with a fifth appearance in 3 months time. If no legal aid is forthcoming then we'll apply for another sist. We can't be forced to litigate our own case.

We didn't start the action they did, we're the defender- not the pursuer.

Now tell me how we get a fair hearing?

But ask yourself, how bright is it to expend shedloads of cash to try to beat down two opponents when you ain't going to get your money back, and you're gonna drag every aspect of how the business conducts its affairs in public?

All while those who are paying for it, although not specifically asked to, can't find out what its costing?

Regardless of the rights or wrongs of this libel case, this is the telling point for me.
If, as many claim, nobody believes anything Skull or Jasbar say, why bother washing the company's dirty laundry in public - especially if there is no financial gain and a good chance of loss :?

Have CRT forgotten that "Ye canna get the breeks aff a bare erse"? :?

Trust me, they listen alright.

These guys are spineless in the extreme, they were born without a backbone.

How many stupid pseudonyms have we seen on this forum?

Does anyone want to make a guess as to what this has cost so far?

We were quoted 10K, up front, and that's just for starters . . . .

Can't you put all your thoughts into just one post? Do you constantly have to make a post and then make another post quoting the previous post? Or do you just get fed up of having no mates around to answer your twaddle?

Grandad, unlike you I do what I like and don't feel the need to kiss people on the ar*e to seek their approval.

Oh and btw, the reason behind the individual posts is simply that these guys are so thick they get easily confused.
