Nothing compared to what the private hire company paid for Leeds & Bradford airport, which probably isn't no where near as busy as Birmingham.

It may be possible to pass the barrier charge onto the customer as it is classed as a toll.

They should get their act together asap otherwise they may see it go into the hands of a private hire company

These 400 drivers if they do four jobs each day are paying upwards of eight pounds per day just to go through the barrier, collectively that's over a million pounds a year. How much did you say this PH firm payed for Leeds Bradford?

That figure of £216,000 is payment to the taxi association not the Airport. The airport get over a million pound a year by way of barrier payments if the circumstances are as I stated.

My question still stands in respect of the private hire payment to Leads Bradford Airport for the privilige of obtaining work there? If you don't know then it is no big deal.

I don't know the exact figure but it was in the region of £500,000 per year, I know the Hackney Carriage Trade offered £340,000 per year which alot would not have been happy paying.
