Iam new on here but there are undertones of iam alright jack attitude. I have a feeling that most of them regard themselves as the elite Black Cab HC drivers, who are lucky enough to afford to buy a LTI in excess of £32,000 and have plenty of work. I think your great you stick up for your pricipals and look after yourselves. However the councils allowed another type of taxi/private hire many years ago to undermine you all, it is the councils who should be the focus of your attention, not the PH little guy trying to earn a living while paying close to £100 per week to PH operators. And now the end is near, first and foremost the post that was removed was not malicious or personal, if anything it was a question with regards my own sexuality!!! Shame about them people on here with issue's with regards their own insecurity and no sense of humor, nor did it identify anyone.
I have to say when i first came on this forum, i believed it to be informative and yet open and honest, with genuine hard working cabbie's allowed to air there own opinion's and belief's with regards their concerns of matter's relating to them selves's and the trade, with a touch of humor thrown in, is this not what our forefather's fought and bled at Trafalgar, Waterloo, Passchendaele, and Dunkirk, Freedom Of Speech!!!! How wrong could one man be!!!!!!
So to all those on here that have been a great source of amusement and provided me with gossip, information and brought a smile to my face i say thank you.
To them who use this forum to preach from the pulpit and promote their Taxi associations, full of self righteousness and Liberal dribble who try to oppress individual's opinion's by using the age old tactic of belittling, and divide and conquer, with a concentrated lack of intelligence may i add, and when failing to do so, the best they can come up with is, "stop scaremongering" Good riddance!!!!!
