Here is another one. http://www.hireweddingcars.com/index.html This company states that they are licensed by the Public Carriage Office. Is anyone familiar with that term? Sounds legal. London Chauffeur
Whatever the occasion, London based Kruuz chauffeurs are at your service
Wedding car hire is not the only occasion that we cater for. We are Public Carriage Office licensed for all events such as honeymoon journeys, stag nights, airport transfers, meetings and nights out. We have an extensive range of vehicles, executive and prestige.
London is not my area of expertise.

The Public carriage office is not a Licence...it would still need to be a Private Hire from the PCO to be legal..I reckon as they dont mention Private hire theyre possibly Illegal for anything other than Occasional Weddings..
I spent 2 minutes looking & recon I could get 10 in 10 minutes, this is just the tip of a big iceburge. There must be thousands at it!
