stupid members allowing it to go on so long.

wanna bet that the old crew are still in the committee as no one is saying who else has been erected.

Well I did say there was a wind of change on the way to the trade in Edinburgh so you could say this is round 3 that’s if it’s true only time will tell and after all you can’t always take for granted what is said out and about some like a wee bit o dram in there life’s

There was a lot said about what the outsiders were going to do when they turned up 2 years ago and what has materialised.................. ZERO

Should be interesting times ahead I would say but one thing is for sure you will have to separate the bull from the truth

I wonder what effect all these happenings will have on the libel court case? :?

Can't really see him turning up and giving evidence, or his new found bad character not being challenged. :?

New found?

What he's done is delivered the closest scrutiny to his new employers.

All his dirty deeds will follow him.

They will be tarred with his brush. Can't imagine why they would have wanted to invite such scrutiny.

He involved the company, at great expense, to defend his non-existent honour.

He dragged in the company lawyers, whose professional advice appears to be less than sound.

He dragged in the council who are now suspect, through Cardownie and Keir, of propping up private hire at the expense of the taxi trade. That would be corruption if so.

Now he's dragged another employer right into the frame, into the brightest glare of the public because of his actions.

Everything and everyone touched by this individual is besmirched, compromised, dragged into the mire.

The company doesn't have a case. It never did.

As was stated in court, if it hadn't been that he was driving the company's decision taking, the case would never have been brought to court. No sensible company would have embarked on a case where there was nothing to gain and everything to lose in terms of bad publicity and shedloads of cash.

The lawyers should have advised this. It remains to be seen whether they did and the advice was ignored. However, if such advice was not forthcoming, I would suspect this could be a matter for formal complaint and an action to recoup fees and costs.

If however, the Lawyers did offer such advice and it was ignored, then those who ignored it must similarly be in the frame to make good the costs expended.

Perhaps this was why Kinroy referred to them as "that lot" when he was assuring me that the case would be pulled within a few months. Which I took to mean after the agm.

What they didn't factor in was the groundswell of opposition from those in the company who realised what was happening.

The case was all about silencing us to allow them a chance to get re-elected. That one, at least for now, wasn't re-elected shows that our campaign has done the company a huge favour. It now needs to sort itself out and regain its posiion in the trade The queston is can it? Will it?

Isn't speed is of the essence here?

In any other line of business, Colky, and anyone connected to the rat, would be out on their ear.

So what gives with CRT?
