1, If we did this, would it be a breach of our conditions of license?

2, Will the T&G defend the drivers concerned? :lol:

3, Does it constitute an unmet demand?

1. In my conditions it doesn't mention kidnapping, so it must be OK.

2. The T&G will say that it's for councils to decide themselves.

3. I think it will all depend on whether they pre-booked, or it was a flag-down. :wink:
