Don't go into a strop there is method in my madness, just supposing you did start one up it would not take long with a bit of advertising that GB cabby's are driving and get you to or from where you want to go cheaper than any other PH company :D

You would still have your meter

We already do in most instances.

Minicabs used to always be cheaper, now it's almost the norm for the big companies like Griffen Enterprises to be more expensive.

The public soon pick up on that though, that's why I was Non Stop tonight.

I noticed in the new shape taxi ****house paper that in the letters section someone is agreeing with Bernie May on how scruffy drivers are looking and actually wrote almost what he'd said in Taxitalk.

I don't disagree with Bernie May on that point, but he makes out that its about 98% of drivers, when we all know that its a few dozen 'shell suit' merchants that spoil it for others.

I don't go out in a suit, but I'm presentable.

Mind you, my stunning looks help.

Modest as well. You don't find that quality in many taxi drivers

The latest edition of TAXI the inhouse paper of the LTDA.

This week, read all about the Rickshaw Minicab and Touts unions sell out to the opposition and Pedicab operators.

http://www.taxinewspaper.co.uk/downloads/Taxi_202.pdf

Enjoy.

We did. :D

It's been mentioned, and the LTDA are watching it.

Allied, are I believe, talking to the PCO as I type, but I suspect they'll have to present an E7 first before the legal action.

The PCO are run by [edited by admin]*ts who don't or have ever driven a Taxi in London.

The railway union are now supporting a 48 hour week for all drivers, this is all since their little love in with Terry and the GMB Minicab section.
