If there are more than a couple of darts buses in the whole UK with those permits I would be amazed.
If they are going to operate under those permits, then they might as well get licensed.
Is,nt it coming that anybody that replaces a photo licence or gets a photo licence loses their right to drive more than an a 9 seater vehicle unless they have passed a test for full catagory D1...so eventually everybody that doesnt have the good sense to keep their paper licence will be fecked...whether its voluntary or otherwise to drive a minibus.
