I only want one license per code.

How many drivers have been basically caught by a PH condition where they wouldnt have been caught via the byelaws.....basically because the LA cant be ar*ed to do things right?

Youd think the Vehicle insurers would be the first to cry foul...Mines are Sh*t hot on picking up on such detail..
