Not instant denial, I condem touting by licensed Private Hire Drivers and out of area Taxis.

This story has no link to London Private Hire from what I have read.GBC's selection of a name of a database is not evidence that it is the same person. If he can provide evidence to show it is the same person, I will stand corrected. If he can't then he has maligned an individual with no evidence and the entire thread pointless.

Such a common name.

I have it on very good authority that the person in the story is one and the same. The newspaper used the word unlicensed, not the Police.

What's wrong DD, hit another nerve? Bad day at the office?

Another one of your mob caught red handed . . again? Do one of your FOI requests, you'll find out the truth is printed above.

Nice to see you've brought Blobby out of retirement! :D

if the person was licensed they would no longer be on the PCO public database as the licenced would have been revoked .The database is updated daily.

What bollox.

The murderer that was working as a Minicab driver was still on there last week. (probably still is)

You know the one, the one we had to expose in order to get him thrown out of your side of the trade, the side of the trade that said or did nothing . . again.

Well why would the court mention unlicensed if the chap accused by Mr GBC is licensed? :?

The court did'nt, the South London Press did.

If only that were true Blobby, if only.

How long have you been on TDO?

How many countless stories have been posted on here in that time with an almost identical theme to the above?

I've lost count.

Merry Christmas.

Because the chap was unlicensed to ply?

But he wasn't charged or convicted of illegally touting/plying.
