If even the legal eagles cant tell differance a PH and Taxi driver then I guess thats a bit of problem when it comes to stop those naughty PHs from breaking the rules they operate by.. :roll:

First time he had been guilty, not the first time he had been in court!!

But he is being reviewed due to his recent court appearance. If he was a regular then he shouldn't have been issued a license in the first place.
