We've already had at least two here in Edinburgh.

No doubt, in the absence of common sense and decency, there will be more.

But how many before the council decides to pull the plug?

How many more vulnerable females will need to be subjected to the harm as a direct result of the council's artificial shortage of taxis before common sense kicks in?

You'd better ask Wayne Casey, if anyone knows, he does.

The alternative is to tell him to shut up as he sounds like he should be on a register.

Just as long as Frank has his illusion.

Frank cares about no one.

If it were a female from his circle ..... ?

Well Frank? tell us all. Your daughter is assaulted under the circumstances the council's two victims were .... do you do the Christian thing and turn the other cheek?

Or would you gut the architect of the restriction policy with a fishknife?

We're waiting Frank ....

She could get a taxi home, just as she has always done.

She would not get into a strangers car, whether she thought it was a phc or not.

It's the public that needs educating, not more taxis.
