I thought that asylum seekers were not permitted to work until their status is confirmed.

I would be very surprised if some of the proposals were not objected to. The consulatations were done with a selection of interested parties and not the drivers. They have car barons here as oposed to plate barrons in non-dereulated areas.
You can at the moment even get your car complianced in your own garage. A conflict of interest...maybe! This just gives you a taster of more to come. I will be back! 8)
