In the unlikely event that the cap came off and gary got a plate, he would be the first to ask for it to be put back on so he could sell it again.

What are you on about? The artificial plate value would disappear as a consequence of de-restriction. The proletariat driver would have unfettered access to the tools of his trade.

Why don't you stop saying that wayne said "rape is reasonable". We all know that this is not true, repeating something over and over again will not make it so.

But I think what I should do is a freedom of information request to CEC asking to define the types of crime committed by licensed drivers there.

That would be interesting reading for readers of edinburghs local press, as would the response of the political parties.
