I would have thought it was unsafe to carry a child in a pushchair,unless the vehicle was designed and crash tested?

So an Ashfield Hackney can`t do a job from berwick to newcastle because it wont start,finish or pass through the district?

It would appear you can have a base over the border the same as mansfields 5 mile zone?

I wonder how many more are giving op licenses out of area?

I took that to mean that if you have an office in two different areas then they must be operated independantly from each other. That is you can't pass work from one to the other. How did you interpret this?

The only point is that the booking should be taken within your licenced area...Besides...if you take an out of area booking pickup to another out of area drop off and never went through your own area....then your LA have no right to take action as it would be bugger all to do with them...the run never touched on their area of jurisdiction

That's why Mansfield are getting shirty with these out of town PH who are working in Mansfield. They've got no jurisdiction over them because they are licensed Bolsover.
