There has been on-going discussions between Festival/ECPH over many months and years where the companies have requested the council to tell them which types of WAVs would be acceptable to be introduced into their PH fleet.

Now, the council are dragging their feet.

Disabled groups support the proposals, but still the council drags its feet.

You see, the council doesn't want PH to have WAVs.

Now I'm going to add this trto the list for the negative campaign to stop scumbag convener Colin Keir being elected as an MSP.

Let's start:

1: Told to a cabbie binned out of his City Cabs drive because he had the temerity to apply for his own taxi licence Keir said, "WE'RE NOT HERE TO DISCUSS YOUR EMPLOYMENT STATUS".

2. Despite the clear needs of the physically challenged members of the public for WAV type PH, and to take advantage of the significant cost savings on offer from ECPH, Keir is RESISTING THE ADDITION OF WAVS TO PH.

3. To maintain the cartel of the vested interest existing owners, and to protect his bus company, Keir PREFERS FEMALES WHO CAN'T HAIL A TAXI - BECAUSE NONE ARE AVAILABLE -TO GET INTO UNLICENSED VEHICLE WITH THE HIGH RISK OF SERIOUS ASSAULT, RAPE OR WORSE.

Anyone think that this scumbag deserves to become an MSP?

Then tell us all why a driver's unemployment is not a special circumstance for the grant of a licence. Or why the disabled shouldn't be allowed to get the special deals offered by PH? Or why you are not abhorred by young females getting raped because Keir's restriction makes it difficult to get a taxi?
