It would certainly remind people of the service we supply, and the fact that people take it for granted that many of us will be out there in the early hours of the morning clearing the s*** from the streets.

Personally Im becoming less inclined to be out there in the early hours of the morning and tend to focus on the relative normality that is the Day and Evening Client...Dunno if thats through Lazyiness or through ten years of becoming jaded to the after 1.00am brigade...anyhows, when it comes to mental well being in this line of work less is sometimes more. :-s

I decided over 10 years ago that nights was not right for Mr Sussex.

Well, I suppose a lot of drivers have no choice other than to work the wee hours, but for those that may have a choice will find out by working the later silly hours that they are so tired that they lose their abilty to concentrate on building up a healthy day time clientele...as the saying goes you Cant burn the Candle at both ends for long..I Know, Ive tried.

Well I'm thinking about kicking nights in the head, it's just not worth it at the moment.

I've taken the posters advice, I'm off for a curry tonight.

Then I can get pizzed on four beers, phone a Mid Beds PH, and throw up everywhere.

And that's the problem.

One National strike on a designated Saturday night.

Take it for granted, it would get the trade noticed, instantly.

You make a good point, and I wish them all well and hope they actually get all the money they deserve for working such s*** hours.
