Taxi Driver Online

We've had a driver robbed and beaten up tonight, they stole his money, mobile phone and keys for the car. All this when the system was down and the base op couldn't see where he was.

Half the system has been down since Wednesday the other half is OK, the driver in question had a unit which wasn't working so there was no GPS connection to the office so the Operator couldn't see where he was also there was no panic button because that works on the system.
