Your password for your router is unique to your system. You'll have to ask mercury for it

System down all night once again, half the fleet has a signal the other half don't, jobs are getting stuck on the screens so drivers can't clear their jobs, jobs being sent to you but you know nothing about them, customer rings up and complains but job has been done and cleared by no driver.

It's getting beyond a f----in joke now, a weekend night of all nights. It's going to be fun tomorrow night because trying to get them tvvats at excel to do anything is like trying to get a trouser kiss off Cheryl Cole.

Is it down due to the network you are on? I won't defend Mercury but if the network goes, it doesn't matter which system you use.
Then again, if your inhouse technician sets up your pda wrongly, you will always have problems. I've been sorting out a few pdas for the firm I have just left because someone thought they knew what they were doing but it's not as easy as it looks.

The ones on Vodaphone seem to be OK, it's the ones on Orange that are having the problems.

I recommend BT sims. Hardly ever lose connection and if they do they are back on within seconds.
Or swap to those orange m2m sims. I here they are good

We swapped ours from Orange to Vodafone and O2 Sims and they rarely go down now.

If they do go down it's usually coz they have been left on the battery and they are going flat.

These are connected direct to the ciggie outlet on the motor.

Are they charging properly or is the battery goosed?
The GPRS/phone connection is the first thing the pda turns off when power is low
