Just a pity that there are only 2 people who think that "Rape is Reasonable" and CC is not one of them.

The only evidence linking rape to the numerical restriction of taxis seems to exist in the depths of the depraved mind of one James Barclay Taylor. He seems obsessed with his obviously unhealthy interest in sadistic sexual practices.

For a minute there, I thought Swannee was about to give us his opinion on committeemen trying to line their pockets at their members' expense. I feel Murray is getting off lightly but credit where it is due. CRT, do seem to have more sleepwalkers than City Cabs. However, they do say that a committee reflects the stupidity of its members. You've only got to look at Ian Robertson and Gary Pentland (dumb and dumber) to know that's true. Incidentally, has anyone ever heard Gary Pentland speak? I've only witnessed grunts and a lot of itching.
