So, in your mind Toots, there is no, restricted practice in operation at Edinburgh Airport. The customer has free and unfettered access to the services they require. As does the service provider to the customer. BAA, is not really charging money for selling people on as a commodity to the service provider. We are all just happy to hand BAA, money for our good health.

Well, Toots, it's difficult for me to argue with that kind of logic. Tell me Toots. You haven't been speaking to CC, by any chance?

Toots writes:

So you think because they charge businesses for access to their airport it's restricted. Do you think customers are restricted to shops because of car park fees right throughout the UK. Do you think the customers at the airport are restricted if they decide to pay and leave their car there whilst they go away?

Me again:
Quote:
It has nothing to do with car parks, shops, or cars. It's about access, and whether or not it is being fettered, or restricted, with the sole purpose of turning the customer into a commodity to be sold to the service provider.

No restriction. No payment.

Only free and unfettered access for both the customer and the service provider- THE END

And again:

Toots, you would have to be off your head to believe there is not a restricted practice in operation at Edinburgh Airport. The whole system is designed to drip feed customers to the service provider and vice versa.

It's a no brainer.

YOUR ARGUMENT IS SHI* .

If they refuse to release your vehicle, they may be guilty of theft under the law of Scotland.
Same reason private wheel clamping companies couldn't operate here
